Law on the Protection of Human Rights

This law regulates the jurisdiction, powers, working method and actions of the Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms of Montenegro, all with the aim of protecting human rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, the law, confirmed international treaties on human rights and generally accepted rules of international law, as well as other matters of importance.
